HISTORICAL SOCIETY MUSEUM OPEN HOUSE

June 29 - The Lincoln Historical Society's museum at the 1836 Corro House next to the Lincoln Memorial Library will be open during Homecoming on Thursday and Friday, July 21 and 22 from 10 amto 3 pm, and on Sunday, July 24 from noon to 3 pm. Stop by during their Open House for a glimpse of Lincoln's past!


HOMECOMING THEME AND GRAND MARSHALL

This year's Homecoming will be the week of July 18 - 23. The theme for this year's Homecoming Grand Parade is "Dancing Thru the Decades" and the Grand Marshall will be Hervey Clay. For an application to participate in the parade, visit the Town Office website, www.lincolnmaine.org.


MUSIC SHOWS ANNOUNCED

 

June 3 - The pre-fireworks show will feature The Sean Chambers Band at Cobb Field this year! Paul Broderick of Lincoln is the band's drummer. Sean Chambers is on guitar and vocals, Gary Keigh on blues harp and Tim Blair on bass. The band has played with B.B. King, Buddy Guy, Johnny Winter, Greg Allman, Robin Trower, Double Trouble, Otis Rush, Hubert Sumlin, James Cotton, Govt. Mule, Ike Turner, Koko Taylor, Bo Diddly and many others.
 
The Saturday night entertainment will also feature Frank McLaughlin & Family on the stage at approx. 4:00 PM with Irish music followed by the popular Lenny & the Mysfitz.
"ROAMING RAILROAD" WILL BE BACK!!
January 14 - It's been confirmed by Town officials that the popular Roaming Railroad will again be a part of Lincoln's Homecoming festivities this July!
